Rethinking Business Models: chargecloud Marketplace strengthens Innovation and Networking in E-Mobility

More than ten partner companies already offer their services via chargecloud Marketplace. These include solutions for credit card payment, GHG quota management, tax support, load management, parking sensors and location planning as well as AI hotlines. Together with three of its partners, chargecloud will be demonstrating at the trade fair how digital services expand the company's core offering with specialized solutions.

Live at stand B6.334: Comprehensive ecosystem for charging providers
At the industry trade fair Power2Drive, visitors will be given an overview of chargecloud's range of services and can also obtain live information about selected partner offers. This year, the focus will be on the current industry topics of smart charging, AI in customer service and credit card terminals.

These solutions can be experienced in practice by visitors to the chargecloud booth:

- Reduce charging costs for EV fleets: Q&A with RiDERgy on May 7 & 8
RiDERgy's AI-based software plans charging sessions automatically and cost-efficiently so that environmentally friendly electricity is used at low prices. This will enable companies to reduce the charging costs of their fleet by up to 80 percent while maximizing vehicle availability.
A live demo will show how predictive algorithms calculate the optimal charging time to enable punctual and cost-efficient charging of fleet vehicles. Visitors can also see how load management can work with solar and battery storage systems at the demo system.
On May 7 and 8, RiDERgy founder and CEO Claudio Geyken will be available for questions and discussions at the chargecloud booth from 3 p.m. onwards.

- Lemonflow.ai: AI hotline for EV charging
chargecloud enables CPOs to provide specialized 24/7 support at charging stations - both with classic hotline service and with AI voice agents. The cooperation between the established e-mobility platform provider and the Munich-based AI company Lemonflow Technologies is intended to enable an even better charging experience and thus further promote the spread of e-mobility in the mass market. The advantages of AI-supported customer service are obvious: the hotline is available around the clock and without waiting times, multilingual support in over 30 languages is easy to implement and service quality can be continuously improved without individual training. Lemonflow.ai provides a specialized voice-based AI agent that is already being used by leading charging point operators in several European markets.
Trade fair visitors can make a test call to the AI Agent at the booth and experience the interaction of the AI system with the chargecloud backend.

- Payter: Credit card payment at charging stations
The Payter Apollo terminal can be tested on site in combination with a wallbox. The terminal enables convenient direct payment with credit or debit cards and supports common payment standards. chargecloud and Payter thus provide CPOs with an easy way to offer EV drivers ad-hoc payment and meet the requirements of the EU Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR).
