New financing round for chargecloud: double-digit million euro funding for growth and expansion in Europe

Cologne, May 5, 2025: chargecloud GmbH, a leading provider of e-mobility software, has received a commitment from its shareholders for a mid-double-digit million euro amount. This growth financing not only strengthens the company's development but also represents a clear step toward internationalization and the development of additional European markets.
The significantly increased financing is primarily intended to further drive chargecloud's corporate growth and accelerate its expansion into European markets. The Cologne-based company plans to establish subsidiaries in additional European countries in the coming months to expand its leading position in the field of e-mobility software. This will lay the foundation for chargecloud's comprehensive rollout of its platform across Europe. The local presence will enable it to optimally address country-specific requirements.
A significant part of the investment will also be used to further develop the chargecloud platform, in particular to optimize the user experience and scalability. This way, the company is ensuring that its customers will continue to benefit from powerful, innovative and reliable software in the future.
