Cologne, September 1, 2025: chargecloud GmbH, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the electric mobility industry, is expanding its management team: Dr. Marius Mölders joined the company on June 1, 2025, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As of September 1, 2025, Oliver Adrian will complete the C-suite of the Cologne-based company as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Markus Bach remains Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and sole managing director of chargecloud GmbH and also continues to hold the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As Chief Strategist, Jessica Blank remains responsible for implementing the SaaS provider's corporate strategy.
Founded in 2016, the e-mobility company is on a dynamic international growth path and has already established a subsidiary in Italy this year, with further subsidiaries in Spain and France to follow in the coming months. In order to meet the demands of an increasingly international environment, chargecloud is expanding its management team and leveraging complementary strengths to strategically further expand its European business.
Executive team for international growth
Oliver Adrian joins the chargecloud management team with extensive experience in charging infrastructure and e-mobility services. Most recently, he led Ford's European strategy, go-to-market, and business development for charging and energy solutions. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Hubject, where he was responsible for the company's further expansion in the US market as Vice President and Interim CEO North America. With his many years of experience in scaling international business models, building strategic partnerships, and developing innovative go-to-market strategies, he will contribute significantly to the further internationalization and operational excellence of chargecloud.
Dr. Marius Mölders brings many years of experience in corporate reporting, accounting, investor relations, and strategic corporate management to chargecloud. Before joining chargecloud, he held various management positions in the finance departments of international, publicly traded technology companies, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Group. Most recently, he was in charge of the controlling department for the EMEA Energy Division (Mitsubishi Power Europe). He has in-depth knowledge of financial management in the energy technology sector and specializes in establishing scalable financial structures in international contexts. As CFO, he will play a key role in chargecloud's financial strategy as the company continues to grow internationally and further strengthen its economic stability.
